Another laughing video...

10 Little Dancers

This clip is from a song called "10 Little Dancers" that Carly learned in ballet class. She's saying "put 'em in the boat and the boat turns over...ten little dancers swimmin'".

Cool September Days - Finally!

We finally had some cooler weather. It was in the 60's most of last week. Maggie finally got to wear some hats...and she also stole one from dad, too. Her infant hats still fit her head!

Funny Fan

Carly had Maggie really giggling with this silly fan. Carly can really get her laughing.

Borrowing Maggie's Clothes

Carly is sooo funny. I wish you could all have witnessed this event. One day she decides to take an afternoon shower while Maggie is having a bath. She is sooo excited to pick out outfits for both of them for the rest of the afternoon. Well, while Carly was picking out an outfit for Maggie she saw one that would just look great on her...so she preceded to put on a 9 month romper of Maggie's. According to Carly, "Maggie was just letting me borrow this for a little while". The picture just doesn't do it justice.

6 months!!!

Maggie is becoming less cooperative with this monthly tradition.

Yellow Day

Carly e-mailed her friend Eva so that they could be twins on Yellow Day. They were both so excited!

Carly quote of the day - September 13

Carly went to the office with Dad today. She focused on coloring and taping a large stack of scrap paper while Dad worked. She also made several runs to the water cooler for refreshment. The water cooler at Dad's office has two spouts - hot and cold. Carly was extremely interested in someone trying out the hot side. After Dad declined this offer for the 3rd-4th time, Carly stared at him long and hard. She finally said: "Dad, you like hot biscuits, don't you??" Dad reluctantly agreed. "Well, then maybe you'll like hot water too. Why don't I get you some?" Faced with such an airtight argument, Dad accepted a large cup of hot water. Needless to say, Carly was thrilled with her victory in this exchange. The water turned out to be room temperature anyway.

Maggie was such a trooper for her baptism. She was sooo tired. She's such a snuggler & I think you get a glimpse of that in this pic.
